1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of YOINKED, including the public site, /go, checkout, ownership history, reports and support. By using YOINKED or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.

If these Terms and the Rules conflict, these Terms control. The price and purchase details shown immediately before checkout are part of the agreement for that purchase.

2. What YOINKED provides

YOINKED provides temporary control of one public redirect. A qualifying payment lets the current owner choose an allowed destination for /go. A later qualifying payment can take control and change where that same URL points.

“Owner” and “ownership” are product labels for redirect control only. A purchase does not transfer the YOINKED service or domain, another person's accounts or data, intellectual property, or any other third-party property.

There is no scheduled ownership expiry or price reset. Control lasts until displacement or loss of eligibility under the Rules. A purchase does not guarantee traffic, customers, revenue, or a minimum control duration.

3. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.

You may submit only a destination you own, operate, or are authorized to represent and promote. You may not impersonate another person or business or create a false association or endorsement.

4. Pricing and payment confirmation

The live minimum and pricing rules are shown on YOINKED and described in the Rules. Opening checkout does not reserve the price. Control is determined when payment is confirmed.

Checkout is handled by the payment provider shown at purchase. That provider's terms, privacy notice, fraud controls, tax handling and payment procedures also apply.

5. Refunds and disputes

If a confirmed payment never takes control because another qualifying payment moved the live minimum first, contact Support with your payment reference to request a refund review. We will check whether the payment ever took control and handle the request under applicable payment-provider requirements. Do not send card details.

Once a payment has actually taken control, being taken later is part of the service and is not, by itself, a refund reason. A payment with a partial or full refund cannot retain redirect control. Any payment that enters a formal dispute permanently loses redirect-control eligibility, even if the monetary dispute is later resolved in your favor. Reversed or otherwise ineligible payments cannot retain control. Mandatory consumer rights always apply where they cannot legally be waived.

6. Destination requirements

By submitting a destination, you represent that you are authorized to send visitors there and that your destination and use of YOINKED comply with applicable law, intellectual-property rights, advertising and consumer-protection rules, and the Rules.

You may not use YOINKED for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing or abusive activity, or for a destination prohibited by the Rules.

7. Verification, refusal and takedowns

YOINKED may verify a destination before checkout and while it is live. Verification is a safety check, not an endorsement or certification.

YOINKED may refuse, freeze or remove a destination, pause claims, or disqualify redirect control where reasonably necessary for security, abuse, fraud, provider policy, rights complaints, refunds or disputes, legal obligations, or material risk to the service.

8. Rights complaints

If you believe a destination infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or another legal right, use Report abuse or Support. Include enough information to identify the destination and explain the issue. YOINKED may restrict a destination while a credible notice is reviewed.

9. Public information and license

YOINKED may publicly display information needed to operate and explain the service, including a destination-derived label or hostname, payment amount, timing and ownership history.

By submitting a destination, you grant YOINKED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that limited identifying information and to redirect visitors to the verified destination as needed to provide, secure, document and promote the service. YOINKED does not claim ownership of your destination, brand or content.

10. No endorsement

A destination appearing on YOINKED is not an endorsement, certification or recommendation by YOINKED. Third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment providers and destination sites do not endorse YOINKED merely because their services or links are used.

11. Availability and changes

YOINKED is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted, delayed, paused or unavailable because of maintenance, security incidents, hosting or payment-provider decisions, network failures or legal requirements.

YOINKED may update the service, Rules or these Terms. Changes required for security, law, fraud prevention, provider policy or mandatory consumer rights may apply when necessary.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOINKED is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any particular business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOINKED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from a destination, loss of redirect control, service interruption, third-party platform action or another user's conduct. For a claim directly tied to a specific purchase, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold the YOINKED operator harmless from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your destination, your lack of authority to promote it, your infringement of another person's rights, your unlawful or prohibited use, or your material breach of these Terms.

14. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are subject to the law applicable to the operator, the transaction and the user, including any mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived. Disputes should first be raised through Support. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by a court or other forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

15. General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. These Terms, the Rules, the Privacy Policy and the purchase details shown at checkout form the agreement governing your use of YOINKED.
